Before preparing your abstract and completing the submission process, please read this information carefully.

The Complete Title Should Be Capitalized Each Word, in the Left of the Page in Times New Roman font, 14 Point. Title should be brief and clearly indicate the content

Authors:

(Times New Roman size 11 point, left). Surnames followed by first name for every author must be provided. Email for presenting author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. An author’s name appearing on more than one abstract must be identical in each case.

Affiliations:

(Times New Roman size 10 point, left). The affiliations should be typed under the list of authors’ names. Each author should be listed by Department, Institution, City, state/province and Country. In abstracts where the authors have different affiliations, please indicate for each author the number of the corresponding affiliation – use a superscript.

Text:

Abstract text must be in Times New Roman font, 12 point size, single space and justified. It should not exceed 300 words.Abstract should be in word file,  PDF or ZIP files are discourage to submit.  Do not use table or image in abstract. Abbreviations should be kept to a minimum. Use standard abbreviations generic drug names. Place unusual abbreviations or acronyms in parentheses after first use. Do NOT identify author(s) or institution(s) in text.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

  • Authors of oral presentations will have a maximum of 10 minutes to present their paper.
  • At the end of the session, 2 minutes will be dedicated for questions and discussion.
  • We recommend the use of PowerPoint for your presentation.
  • Please bring your power point in USB disk/ pen drive.
  • Speakers are requested to submit their power point presentation through email before one week from the conference date.

 

 

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

  • The poster features must be a clean portrait layout with size of 125 cm high and 88 cm wide a large header section using important information about the poster and space for logos to each/either side of the title.
  • The postercan be divided into separate column with clear headings in each one. The number of columns can easily be changed if you would like more room for text.
  • The template features the ability to easily change the color of any section or element.
  • Remember, you have to print the poster on Panaflex/ Art paper.

 

Guideline for Invited Talk

  • Authors of invited talk will have a maximum of 20 minutes to present their paper.
  • At the end of the session, 5 minutes will be dedicated for questions and discussion.
  • We recommend the use of PowerPoint for your presentation.
  • Please bring your power point in USB disk/ pen drive.
  • Speaker were requested to submit their power point presentation through email before one week from the conference date.
